At Samāveśa, we love to immerse ourselves! In knowledge, in the body, in the mind, and everything that supports you on the path of life. That’s why we often host various workshops that provide knowledge and inspiration. These can range from anatomy to Ayurveda, from pain management to stress relief. They can also include full days dedicated to mindfulness, giving you the opportunity to create some extra space for yourself.
